Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

Gate Repairs Update
Street repairs to the entry of Southern Draw have finally been completed by the city.
The next step is to run the loops that were damaged. We expect to have the gates running and operational by no later than Friday August 20th

2020 Annual Meeting POSTPONED
The 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for 5/7/20 has been postponed as a precaution during the current Covid-19 crisis. Residents have been sent an email announcing this. The meeting will be rescheduled by the Board for a later date in 2020.

Gate Entry System
The gate telephone entry system was recently replaced. The old gate codes will still work. As you enter the code, asterisks appear for each digit on the screen, along with the message to hit "Enter" key (which is the center key in the middle of the directional arrows) when finished. Gate remotes will continue to function but will eventually stop and as such, a new gate remote will need to be purchased at the Belton office for $25 each. If you need a gate code or need to be added to the gate directory, please submit your request to Colby Property Management via email at Manager@ColbyHOA.com and request a Resident Information Form. Upon receipt of the completed form, a request will be sent to the programmer to add your information to the directory and generate a gate code. Thank you!

Grass Fire At Entrance
Yesterday, there was a grass fire at the entry to the neighborhood. The vendor repairing the exit gate accidentally started it. The good news is nobody was hurt, and the vendor will be repairing the landscaping as the weather permits (i.e. once we get to March and things come back to life). No HOA funds will be used to restore the landscaping, or the adjacent fence. If you have any questions, please contact our office!

The Board of Directors terminated Accent Real Estate Services as the HOA manager on 10/6/2016. The new property management will be mailing out an introduction letter shortly.
Our new property manager is Colby Property Management, and we're excited to have them take over. CPM manages many other neighborhoods nearby, including Hills of Westwood right across the street from us.
Colby will be bringing many new features to the HOA management picture, and as residents, you will appreciate the more responsive staff, the quick availability of information regarding the HOA, and the
transparency with regard to finances and governance that have made our neighbors in other communities happy. The Board is pleased with the new hire, and are looking forward to putting the HOA back on the
right track with regard to where we have been going in the past year under Accent.

This is the new website for the Southern Draw HOA. It will be fully operational as of November 6, 2016.
This will be the official HOA website. While there is a Facebook group,
the HOA does not control who the administrator of that account is, and official HOA postings will be made HERE, and NOT ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE. Think of Facebook as informal, social interaction
between residents of the neighborhood; this website will be where the HOA posts all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the HOA.
